Auditorium and headquarters for the largest Christian Church in upscale North Taipei with extensive facilities: 2000+ seat hall, Vertical Lobby, Chapel, Administration facilities, School and Learning center, Hotel and Housing, Entry Lobby with Book Store and Café, multiple Roof top/Terrace & outdoor assemblies, and four levels of subterranean parking, (8 floors above/4 below grade).  Located in a Typhoon and Earthquake zone.  Date of Substantial Completion:  June 2021, The building in use while being further outfitted with FF&E, (Delays due to Covid 19 ) Location of Project: Dazhi, North Taipei which is a newer Urban City center, and is surrounded by Hotels, Shopping, restaurants and entertainment - this is further adjacent to a large, block-sized mall, the Miramar Mall which famously has an IMAX theater replete with an iconic Ferris Wheel on top.
